Booking & Payment

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

• Full payment must be made at least 10 days prior to departure.

Package Price

• Prices are based on group travel and subject to availability at the time of booking.

• Rates may vary depending on travel date, airline fare fluctuations, or hotel availability.

Visa & Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring all required travel documents and visas are obtained.

• The agency will assist in visa processing, but approval is subject to embassy discretion.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation within 14–10 days of travel: 50% of the total amount will be charged.

• Cancellation within 9 days or no-show: 100% charges apply.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days.

Changes in Itinerary

• The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political issues, operational issues).

Travel Insurance

• Basic travel insurance is included. Any additional coverage should be purchased by the traveler.

Responsibility

• Sky King Travel & Tourism LLC is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, delays, or force majeure events.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Travelers must adhere to destination country health and safety guidelines, including any COVID-19 protocols in effect during travel.

Room Allocation

• Standard rooms will be provided on a twin/triple sharing basis. Any upgrade requests will be charged separately.
